There is a very wide range of products - from powders, to poured products, to lipstick, to decorative emulsions; from creams to lotions. For all this, we take advantage of the most lively and stimulating raw material the market offers, both from the aesthetic and the scientific point of view of main active ingredients. In the last decade, we have developed a service of marketing assistance that helps, directs and supports our clients in all the creating stages, from research to the finished products for sale. In all these decorative finalisation stages of the cosmetic, the client is constantly assisted by the sales department, which assures an efficient service that guarantees punctuality: an essential element that is a feature of our thirty- five year experience.

We supply large, medium and small brands, without distinction. We can decide together with the client the colour needed or offer a wide range of fashionable colours of the products that interest them most. 

Any colour can be duplicated in all our textures. Gi Picco's has always exported the greater part of its products all over the world.

Ever since the company was set up in Milan in 1967, Gi Picco's has specialized in the production of cosmetics, a sector, which was just starting up, in Italy at that time. The success of the company is due to its constant commitment to research, its continuous creation of new formulations and innovative production technologies. The enormous experience gained by its technical staff over the years and the improvements in its technologies have created a continuous evolution which has allowed our company to be constantly ahead of the market. Our years of experience at International level have demonstrated the validity of the philosophy of the company, based on a completely flexible response to change and the creation of new products. Efficiency, technology, creativity, experience and a constant commitment to provide what the market wants, these are the characteristics which have allowed our company to become a leader in the World Market. 

QUALITY PRODUCTION THROUGH AVANT-GARDE TECHNOLOGY


The finalisation of extremely refined and widely tested manufacturing techniques allows us to maintain, in production too, the extraordinary range of colours and the standards of quality created by our research. A series of special automatic machines studied and created in our workshop, means we can satisfy the requirements of filling the most fanciful shapes. Moreover, an efficient packaging department has been set up to respond to the manufacturing and packaging needs of the products in any cosmetic form (tubes, jars, bottles and boxes); with special production lines, this guarantees the maximum aesthetic results of the product, a fundamental topic in the make-up sector.

Micronized high-tech powders Innovative semi-automatic and automated pressing. Blusher, Eye-Shadow, Face Powder, Rouge, Lip Gloss, Cover Up, Poured, Mascara, Eyeliner, Foundation, Tanning cream for the face and body, Creamy Eye-shadow, Wet and Dry. Lipstick both bulk and finished, glossy or matte time resistant. Complete lines of Staying Power/No Transfer products and Hydrodermic Line. Emulsions for cosmetic treatment of the face and body. Bulk and semi-finished products. Full Service on request. Finished products. Clinically tested textures for Lipsticks, Eye Shadows, Blushers, Powders, Poured, Mascaras, Foundations and Eyeliner. 

OUR MANUFACTURING CAPACITY

1.000 Kg of Lipsticks, Poured and Lip Gloss a day. 1.000 Kg of Emulsions and Coloured Emulsions (Mascara, Eyeliner, Foundation, Cream, Creamy Eye Shadow, Tanning Cream etc.) a day. From 12 to 15 tonnes of Bulk Powders a month.

The pressing department is made up of 45 machines for automated  and semi-automatic pressing, reaching a manufacturing capacity of various millions of pressed products per month. The Powder Production Department has 9 turbine mixers, 4 Jet Mills, 4 Sieves and 7 Pin Mills. The Lipstick and Pouring Department has 16 Melters for Fat bases, 3 Homogeneizers; 3 Refiners; 2 Turbo Emulsifier for Poured Products. The Emulsion Production Department is supplied with 3 Turbo Emulsifiers and 3 Melters for the Fat bases. 

The Baked Terracotta department is made up of 11 automatic and super automatic machines and 3 specific cosmetic OVENS for Baked Terracotta products.

All manufacturing phases are strictly controlled in detail by specialized personnel to ensure, at the end of the work cycle, a product that fully corresponds to E.U./F.D.A. regulations and Japanese Standards, following the GMP.
