A special quality control system has been created in all departments of the factory under the supervision of a highly qualified team. All manufacturing phases are strictly controlled in detail by specialist personnel to guarantee, at the end of the work cycle, a product that fully corresponds to E.U./F.D.A. regulations and Japanese standards and to the quality standards agreed on with the client; the "European Cosmetic Dossier"
(European Cosmetology Dossier) prepared by our researchers guarantees all our textures; clinically tested textures of Lipstick, Eye-Shadow, Blusher, Face powder, Poured, Mascara, Foundation, Eyeliner. All microbiological and chemical-physical controls are systematically carried out by external specialised laboratories recognised by the European Union. This means we can give further guarantees of scientific controls and more reliability regarding the methodological aim of our production.

OUR CONTROLS

Emulsions and powdered products - a microbiological control of the aerobic bacteria is performed on every production lot of all emulsions and all powders by an external specialist institute recognised by European Union. Analytic, chemical-physical and packaging controls on every production lot are performed inside the company.

Definition of new standards every year. Bacterial load -in agreement with the method proposed by the official Italian pharmacopoeia, accepted by the E.U. (Official Gazette of the E.E.C. 8th August 1972). The number of micro-organisms is within the limits proposed by E.U. - 100 UFC/ml.Absence of pathogenic bacteria.
