This policy reflects the current website configuration: no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies are active, and no consent banner is required by the technologies currently implemented.

The production hosting configuration must be checked again before publication. If non-essential technologies are introduced, this policy and the website’s consent controls must be updated before activation.
1. Scope and Controller
This Cookie Policy applies to the Gi Picco’s Cosmetics corporate website. The Data Controller is GI PICCO’S COSMETICS S.R.L., VAT No. / Tax Code 00831590153.

2. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files that a website may store on a visitor’s device. Similar technologies may also be used to provide a requested function or, where legally permitted, measure and recognise interactions.
3. Technical Cookies
During the latest local audit, the GP application did not set a persistent first-party cookie. The production hosting and security configuration must be re-audited before publication.
If strictly necessary technical cookies are introduced, this section and the cookie inventory must be updated with their names, providers, purposes and durations.
4. Analytics Cookies
Not active. Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Consent Mode have not been implemented on the current website. No analytics cookie or identifier is declared in this policy.
5. Third-Party Technologies
The project enquiry form posts to FormSubmit only when a visitor chooses to submit it; the external provider’s technical practices may then apply. The final production site must be checked again for hosting features and other integrations before publication.
6. Current Cookie Inventory
No application cookie was identified in the current implementation. This is a technical snapshot, not a guarantee about the future production environment.
7. Consent, Management and Withdrawal
A cookie banner is not currently present because non-essential cookies are not active. Browser settings may still be used to inspect, block or remove stored data.
If analytics or other non-essential technologies are introduced, they must remain inactive until the required choice has been collected. The website must then provide an accessible way to withdraw or change that choice, and this policy must be updated before activation.
